Hi, I’m Emily.

I create scalable processes for building high functioning teams. These processes support an organization’s growth by identifying what roles to fill, how to fill them - and, most importantly, building frameworks that help managers and their teams stay aligned.

Guiding my approach is a belief rooted in my early beginnings as a recruiting coordinator back in 2007 - just as candidates want to know where they stand and what to expect, employees need the same.
